Discover All the Rewards of Reading
We give kids great experiences with terrific books that inspire excitement about reading. This gets kids on the path to becoming future readers.

How Our Reading Program Works
Our 6-week reading program goes beyond a typical class. Each week, your child will join an expert-led, 1-hour class that's just the beginning of the journey.
Between classes, fun phonics games, interactive lessons, and wonderful picture books provide almost daily skills practice. This comprehensive approach turns summer into a lively learning experience, culminating in lots of success with learning to read.

Click on the building blocks below to explore all the ways your child will benefit from taking this program.
Strengthen Skills
Learning to match letters with their sounds is the foundation for learning to read. We'll teach your child the early phonics skills that will give him or her a great head start with reading.
Sight words are the most common words kids encounter while reading, such as is, has, and the. In this program, your child will learn to recognize these words by sight, which makes learning to read easy and fast.
Blending letter sounds together in order to read words is a big step for new readers. Our program provides the repetition and reinforcement your child needs to feel confident about learning to read.
Build Confidence
Learning to read is exciting, but it can also be challenging. As your child gains early reading skills in this program, frustration, tears, and nervousness about reading will melt away.
When your child succeeds with new reading skills, he or she will approach every challenge thinking, “I can do this!”
Great experiences with books are the best motivator for learning to read. Our expert teachers bring the wonderful books in our program to life and get kids excited about reading.
Become a Reader
The skills and confidence your child gains in this program will make learning to read easy and fun. He or she will continue to grow as a reader, even after the program is over.
Discovering a love of books opens new worlds for children. Every book in our program will nurture your child's imagination, with exciting stories and beautiful illustrations.
This program will make books an important part of your child's life. The time your child spends with books now will pave the way for future success as a reader.
