If needed, you can use the password reset link below the login button to update your password.
No Course Results? If you are having problems getting results on the "Choose a Class" tab in sales app, please check that the zip you entered for the customer is correct. Oftentimes, a zip typo results in problems looking up courses.
Grammerly Extension Interfering with Audio: We recently discovered that the Grammerly extension for Google Chrome is interfering with Genesys audio quality, resulting in customers being unable to hear the PA. If you have this extension installed on your Chrome browser, please disable it prior to your IRD shift.
