One-on-one means the session is your student and their teacher. Nobody else hears the hard part. The teacher can slow down on the thing that is actually blocking them without a group waiting, and speed up where they are already strong.

Reading skill grows on volume — on minutes spent reading something they can actually read. The live session is where a teacher finds the gap, teaches the skill and sets what comes next. Between sessions, the reading is pitched where your student actually reads instead of where their grade says, so the work gets done instead of abandoned. Then there is a check you can see, and the next week starts from what it showed.

The school year is not the summer. Our tutoring is built for both — sized to be doable and sustainable beside school, not an extra burden. Working on reading belongs all year. You still cannot know until you have lived a couple of weeks of the work whether this time, this teacher and this workload actually fit your week. Tuition is refunded in full if you notify us within 48 hours of the student’s second session, or within 21 days of purchase — whichever comes first. This is a decision window, not a trial.

My student will not want to do this. What then?
The work is pitched where they actually read rather than where their grade says, so it is doable rather than humiliating — and one-on-one means nobody else is in the room. A teacher expecting them next week is what keeps the work from quietly stopping.
Do you test my student before we start?
No appointment and no gate. The teacher meets them where they are, and if the level is wrong we re-place within seven days at no charge.
How soon can we start?
After you enroll you pick a day and time; the first class can be next week or a couple of weeks out.
Am I locked in?
No. Tutoring bills once a calendar month until you stop, and nothing is owed past the month you have already paid for. Email help@readingprograms.org.
What does it cost?

What does the week look like?
One live class a week with an expert reading teacher, plus short guided work between sessions and a skills check you can see. Weekly reading material is part of the lesson.
What if it isn’t the right fit?
Tuition is returned if you tell us within 48 hours of your student’s second session, or within 21 days of purchase — whichever comes first. This is a decision window, not a free trial. We also rematch the teacher or re-place the level within 7 days at no charge when needed.
What if my student misses a class?
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we schedule a makeup lesson or extend the term so your student doesn’t lose instruction time. The recording and that week’s work stay available either way.
Can we pause later?
Yes — once every twelve months, for up to 90 days, by email to help@readingprograms.org. You name your return date. A pause holds the plan, not a seat in one particular class at one particular hour.
